Hi everybody! It's LEG DAY!!! Working on lower body strength today and focusing on power and proper form. These lower body exercises will target the legs and glutes creating strength, definition and tone. Each exercises is 1 minute. Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface. The order of exersises: warm up 1. Goblet squat 2. Stationary lunge (R) 3. Stationary lunge (L) 4. Glute bridge 5. Stiff leg deadlift 6. Knee drive (R) 7. Knee drive (L) 8. Sumo squat 9.
