A gentle Yin Yoga class to nourish the spine and lower back. For greater comfort and support you will need: ~ A bolster/cushions ~ Comfortable clothing for movement and body temperature maintenance.
A full body flow incorporating sequences that prepare the body for handstands. Handstands are not practiced in this class however, do play at the end if it's in your practice.
