Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga Flow ❤️ Full Body Intermediate Yoga Class

Hey friends! I'm so excited to share this week's yoga class with you :) It's a fun vinyasa sequence to synchronize movement with breath, linking standing and balancing postures together into a dynamic practice. We'll get a nice full body stretch, working on forward folds, backbends, side bends and twists. Guided Savasana is provided at the end. One block is recommended for this flow, but not absolutely necessary. We'll start in a forward fold at the top of the mat. Yoga For Splits ❤️ Daily Flexibility Flow - Splits Tutorial

Hey guys! I had a few requests for more tutorials, so wanted to share my routine for Splits Pose, Hanumansana. This is considered an advanced posture that actively works the hips, hip flexors and hamstrings, so that is what we will mostly focus on in this video. Grab two blocks if you have them! Please remember to listen to your body, don't force yourself into any shape; this will only increase your chances of injury, cause strained or sore muscles and won’t help your flexibility in the long run. Be patient with yourself and honor your body.

Sun Salutation Vinyasa Flow ❤️ 15-Minute Full Body Morning Practice

Build heat and open your body with this quick, classic energizing yoga flow! Sun Salutations, also known as Surya Namaskar, are a great practice to elevate your heart rate while strengthening + stretching your entire body. This flow is beneficial to do first thing in the morning or before a workout. The class starts in Child's pose cultivating Ujjayi breathing and then we'll enter into Tabletop for a few rounds of Cat/Cow to warm-up. Then we'll move to some half sun salutations followed by a few rounds of Sun Salutation A + Sun Salutation B.

Yoga For Low Back Pain (All Levels) Slow Flow Stretch

This 35-minute Yoga for Low Back Pain is for for all-levels. Very relaxing and relieving with gentle hip openers, back stretches and strengtheners. Beginner's Yoga Class ❤️ 35 Minute Everyday Full Body Stretch

Enjoy this 35 minute yoga class for beginners who want a simple, full body stretch. This sequence is great to practice daily! We'll begin with a very short meditation connecting with the breath and then warming up the spine with some seated twists and side bends. We'll then move to hands and knees, flowing through cat/cow. Our standing sequence will move through high lunge, warrior II, extended side angle, triangle and wide-legged forward fold. Ending our class with supine stretches to open the hips and a guided body-scan savasana.

1 Hour Mindful Yoga Flow ❤️ Full Body Stretch - Intermediate Level Class

I'm so excited to share this class with you and I hope you love it as much as I did! Quite a few people have requested a full length yoga flow, so here it is. :) A 60+ minute mindful sequence to help you get out of the head and into the heart. ✨ We'll begin with seated breath-work incorporating a technique called '4-part breath' to calm the mind. Then we will move into our warm-up, main sequence, standing postures and end with gentle grounding stretches + (the best part) savasana. Upper Body Stretches - Intermediate Flexibility Flow (Back, Chest & Shoulders)

Hi friends! This class is a compilation of some of my favorite upper body stretches and drills to help increase not only flexibility, but strength and mobility as well. We will be focusing on the upper back, chest and shoulders for this sequence. You will need 1 yoga strap (substitute with a shirt, towel, belt or scarf) and 2 yoga blocks. I really like the cork blocks the best as I find they're sturdy and offer the most support. I'll be offering modifications throughout this class for you to play around with.
