This is a 15-minute yoga practice that invites you to decompress and find balance through softness and strength. Just as Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) honors the energy of the sun, Chandra Namaskara, or Moon Salute, honors the energy of the moon. This gentle sequence is perfect for an evening practice, in honor of a full moon, or just to bring a balance of yin into your day. You start standing and work your way down to the mat in a series of linked poses, then turn to the other side and work your way back up to standing, completing the same set of linked poses from the ground up.
