Enjoy this short and sweet 20-minute Yin Yoga practice to stretch your full body. We will hold each posture for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. No props are needed. This class is great for anytime of the day, whether you're just waking up in the morning, or you're looking to relax after a long day of work/school or after a vigorous workout. Remember, breathing is an important factor in Yin Yoga so throughout this entire practice make sure you're taking deep breaths in and long slow exhales out. This helps bring fresh oxygen to your muscles, organs and mind, and re-energizes your entire nervous system. Let me know how this practice goes for you in the comment section down below!
