A gentle seated yoga class with stretches designed to be done with a meditative awareness (mindfulness). This practice is accessible, convenient and open to all levels, especially beginners. The class begins with neck stretches, simple twists, side bends and seated cat/cows. We will ease into a gentle, yet deep shoulder/chest opener, and then a slow moving sequence to stretch the hamstrings, hips, low back and glutes. The class ends with a guided body scan meditation.
