Beginner's Yoga Class ❤️ 35 Minute Everyday Full Body Stretch
Enjoy this 35 minute yoga class for beginners who want a simple, full body stretch. This sequence is great to practice daily! We'll begin with a very short meditation connecting with the breath and then warming up the spine with some seated twists and side bends. We'll then move to hands and knees, flowing through cat/cow. Our standing sequence will move through high lunge, warrior II, extended side angle, triangle and wide-legged forward fold. Ending our class with supine stretches to open the hips and a guided body-scan savasana.
1 Hour Mindful Yoga Flow ❤️ Full Body Stretch - Intermediate Level Class
I'm so excited to share this class with you and I hope you love it as much as I did! Quite a few people have requested a full length yoga flow, so here it is. :) A 60+ minute mindful sequence to help you get out of the head and into the heart. ✨ We'll begin with seated breath-work incorporating a technique called '4-part breath' to calm the mind. Then we will move into our warm-up, main sequence, standing postures and end with gentle grounding stretches + (the best part) savasana. Upper Body Stretches - Intermediate Flexibility Flow (Back, Chest & Shoulders)
Hi friends! This class is a compilation of some of my favorite upper body stretches and drills to help increase not only flexibility, but strength and mobility as well. We will be focusing on the upper back, chest and shoulders for this sequence. You will need 1 yoga strap (substitute with a shirt, towel, belt or scarf) and 2 yoga blocks. I really like the cork blocks the best as I find they're sturdy and offer the most support. I'll be offering modifications throughout this class for you to play around with.
40 Minute Power Vinyasa Yoga Class
Time to build some heat! This Power Vinyasa yoga class moves consciously but quickly. If you are a complete beginner, please try one of my chill out flows. For this class we'll start by bringing awareness to the breath and then quickly warm-up through a couple rounds of Sun Salutations. Moving into our main sequence with standing postures and getting upside down on our hands. Enjoy a slow but sweet cool-down and seated meditation. Loving Kindness Meditation ❤️ Guided Healing Practice To Develop Compassion
Hello sweet friends. This is a 15-minute guided meditation that I shared on my Instagram and wanted to share with you all here. Loving Kindness, also known as "Metta" is a meditation designed to help you develop compassion for yourself and others. In today’s meditation practice, I will guide you through offering loving kindness towards yourself, others and all beings. Yin Yoga Class With Props ❤️ 1 Hour All Levels Practice
A 60-minute yin yoga class to release tension in the body and melt stress away. This practice is all about slow and steady conscious breathing as well as listening to your body and watching your mind. We will hold each pose for 2-3 minutes each. Do not force anything. Just let it all come forward and find stillness inside of it. That is where you will experience the benefits of this practice. Are you someone who owns a yoga wheel but is stuck on ideas for stretches? Or maybe you've always been curious about a yoga wheel but aren't sure how it works? In this video I'll be showing you a 20 minute total body flexibility sequence using a yoga wheel! As someone who loves rolling out my muscles, I have found the wheel to be one of my favorite props. It's great for massaging out all those tight spots and even helping to increase strength and flexibility.

नास्तिक भी योग के प्रयोग में उसी तरह प्रवेश पा सकता है जैसे आस्तिक। योग नास्तिक-आस्तिक की भी चिंता नहीं करता है। विज्ञान आपकी धारणाओं पर निर्भर नहीं होता; विपरीत, विज्ञान के कारण आपको अपनी धारणाएं परिवर्तित करनी पड़ती हैं। कोई विज्ञान आपसे किसी प्रकार के बिलीफ, किसी तरह की मान्यता की अपेक्षा नहीं करता है। विज्ञान सिर्फ प्रयोग की, एक्सपेरिमेंट की अपेक्षा करता है।
