How to do Agni Mudra?

Agni mudra can be practiced by bending the ring finger in such a way that the tip of your ring finger touches the base of your thumb. In this way, press the base of the thumb against the second phalanx of the ring finger. While keeping the other fingers straight.

Time & Duration

Practicing it 30 minutes at early hours of the morning is enough for achieving the results.
