How to do Rudra Mudra?

Touch your thumb with ring finger and index finger and keep your other two fingers (middle and little finger) as straight as possible.

Time & Duration

Practice rudra mudra 3 times a day for 5 minutes each time to get proper benefits from it. While practicing it, bring your awareness to the navel region and breath deeply.
