How to do Adi Mudra?

Firstly, make a fist with your fingers. Now, put your thumb (of the same hand) within this fist such that it touches the bottom of the little finger.

Breathing ratio for this mudra is – Inhale: Hold in: Exhale: Hold out is 4:3:6:3

Time & Duration

One can perform Adi mudra for 6-7 times in a day. Each time hold the fingers in the pose for 4-5 minutes.
